THE MANGEMENT TEAM at RESTIC PROPERTIES has nearly a century of experience in property selection, negotiation, purchasing, financing, development, and management. They are uniquely qualified to manage the affairs of the Program.

Edmund J. Irvine, Jr. – President  Mr. Irvine was Founder and President of Founders Financial, Inc., a full service loan brokerage and also developed custom single-family homes in Rancho Santa Fe and Del Mar, Ca. He is a Partner in Green Mountain Capital Group. Mr. Irvine has been a licensed NYSE and NASD principal. He was a founder and president of La Jolla Holdings and Torrey Pines Securities. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and the N.Y. Institute of Finance. He was an Officer in the United States Marine Corps and a designated Naval Aviator.

Arthur Armagost – Secretary, VP, Licensed Appraiser and Corporate Broker  Mr. Armagost is a Partner and Associate Broker in the firm of JB Realty and Mortgage in San Diego, California.  He is a licensed Appraiser and a retired Master Chief from the U.S. Navy.  He has served as an officer in his local Kiwanis club and foundation, which servers the needs of the community and children.

Ralph Rischman - Advisor  Mr. Rischman is the President of RC Properties and a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He has been involved in hundreds of transactions as a principal or agent in commercial real estate in the San Diego area. Mr. Rischman owns all or part of 24 commercial properties in San Diego and elsewhere. He is a graduate of Alfred University and a former Naval Aviator

Donald L. Stump – Advisor  Mr. Stump has been a Real Estate Broker and developer for 35 years. He has been president of three publicly traded companies and a publicly traded bank. He was an examiner for the Comptroller of the Currency, a graduate of University of Missouri and a former Officer in the United States Marine Corps.

Robert Dyson - Advisor  Mr. Dyson is a licensed real estate broker and has had a high profile real estate career for more than 35 Years.  He developed and sold his interests in Red Carpet Realty in Texas to form Dyson and Dyson – a boutique brokerage in San Diego’s North County that he later sold to Coldwell Banker. He is the process of developing three major real estate operations.

Ron Bedell - Advisor   Mr. Bedell is the founder and President of Pacific Horizon Financial, Inc. He is the chief investment officer for over $40 million of equity in real estate investments. He is a 1971 graduate of Ohio State University and was as a U.S. Naval Officer. He was a highly successful commercial real estate broker for 13 year years.  He is a Director of the California Mortgage Association and is on the Board of Directors for Seacoast Commerce Bank in San Diego, California.

Andrew Sirkin, Attorney at Law -  Advisor

Mr. Sirkin provides periodic and specialized legal advice. He is a nationally respected authority in the area of equity sharing and is often quoted in financial journals and on MSN.com.
